Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Rukn mobile application. By using Rukn, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Rukn is a personal content-saving app that lets you save, organize, and rediscover links and images from any app. We use AI to categorize and extract useful information from your saved content.
Your Account
You must sign in with Apple or Google to use Rukn. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you save to Rukn. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content back to you, and to send it to AI services for categorization and search purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' data.
- Reverse engineer or abuse the API.
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures.
Subscriptions
Rukn offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
Rukn is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Rukn and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides.
